About This Campaign
Relief keeps people afloat. Skills pull them forward.
Thousands of refugee and underprivileged Hindu youth arrive in India willing to work—but without skills, tools, or access to ethical employment. Without intervention, they remain stuck in low-wage, unstable labor.
Hindu Samman Foundation (HSF) focuses on practical skill-building and income generation, enabling youth to support themselves and their families with dignity.
What this program supports:
Internships and on-the-job training with verified, ethical businesses
Skill development workshops (tailoring, electrical work, computer basics, repair trades)
Livelihood tools: e-rickshaws, mobile repair kits, carts, tea stalls
Mentorship and career guidance for long-term stability and leadership
Cost to support one youth: ₹20,000 – ₹1,80,000
(Depending on skill program or livelihood asset)
This is not temporary help.
This is capability creation—so youth don’t return to dependency.
Skills create income. Income creates dignity. Dignity creates stability.
